In seeking new business through forming new vendors .
Looking after direct marketing segment with a team consisting of team leader and executives.
Supervising all servicing related issues, customer care and operations.
Execution of orders created for the customers.
Maintaining all reports both manually and on the system.
Preparing all reports of all branches under Guwahati office on daily basis and reporting to the manager of this region.
Time to time holding meetings during the month end to motivate and inspire the executives through Resolving issues related to customer complains.
